coleI am truly honored and humbled to be your Coordinator of Youth Ministry.

I graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio. I was incredibly blessed to spend the last two years of my undergraduate career being formed in the rich Catholic culture of FUS. During my time there, I was able to study abroad in Gaming, Austria, witnessing the ancient history of our Catholic faith in places such as Rome, Assisi, Lourdes, and Poland.

fter graduating, I accepted a short-term position to lead a pro-life walk across America for an organization called Crossroads Pro-Life. Along the way, I encountered hundreds of people in dozens of parishes throughout America, all with their own stories, desires, hopes, failures, faults, virtues, and dreams. In all of the people I have met – those at Franciscan, abroad, throughout the walk, and in my own home and parish – there has always been one common denominator: “an unquenchable fire, a restlessness, a longing (…) that lies at the center of human experience and is the ultimate force that drives everything else.”

As Christians, we know this “force” to be more of a calling, a beckoning from God to return to Him, to be fully alive with Him. My mission as your Youth Minister is to help the young people at Saint Elizabeth Seton Church delve more deeply into that desire, and to accept Christ’s invitation to “come and see” the adventure that life is with Him. To say that I am excited to start this journey with you is an understatement. I look forward to meeting you! May God bless you and keep you.
