The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available every
Saturday from 3 pm – 4 pm. Located behind the altar on the left side of the church.
Please note that confessions will end at 4 pm, as our sole priest needs to prepare for the 5 pm Mass. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to arrive early if you wish to partake in confession. Thank you for your cooperation!
If you have not been to confession in a while, we encourage you to make an appointment by calling 760.438.3393 during office hours Mon-Fri from 10 am – 3 pm.
(During the Holy Week, Confession is on
Good Friday from 9 am – 11:30 am. No Confession on Black Saturday).
Why go to confession?
Whether it has been years or decades since your last confession, it is NEVER too late! God is patiently waiting for us to receive His mercy so we can break free from the chains of shame and regret and start living the joyful life He intended for us.
God loves YOU very much!

Let TODAY be the day that you break free from the chains of regret and step into the light of God’s healing and mercy.
Be ashamed when you sin, not when you repent.
Sin is the wound, repentance is the medicine.
~St. John Chrysostom

“In the sacrament of reconciliation, Jesus not only removes the guilt of our sin but he also frees us from our shame, restores our human dignity and drives away our accusers. He gives us back our freedom and allows us to return to life again in its fullness. Lent is a time to remember the mercy of Christ Jesus and to practice that mercy towards others. It is a time to seek forgiveness for our sins and to forgive others whom we have been interiorly accusing. Most importantly it is time to put an end to our shame and to clothe ourselves in glory again as we “put on Christ” and live a new life in the freedom of the children of God.”
