As most of you know, we are in year three of the Eucharistic Revival inaugurated by the USCCB. The Eucharistic Congress in July was a great success and now, all of us, are called to go forth and bear fruit.
Here at St. Elizabeth Seton, we will be joining hundreds of parishes in the country to initiate the process Walk With One, which is the bedrock of year three. Please click the link below for more information. This process is founded on prayer and on the power of the Holy Spirit to discern who we will pray for and how we will spiritually accompany them. We all have friends and family members who no longer practice their faith. This initiative is nonthreatening and nonconfrontational—it truly trusts that the Holy Spirit will be the key mover in the effort. For some of us, this may simply involve prayer, for some an invitation to attend Mass, Eucharistic adoration, or a bible study. The possibilities are Infinite!
You may Walk with Onein your own life without connecting with the parish as a whole, but for those who wish, we will be having an informational/encouragement gathering on October 23rd.at 6:30 pm in Rooms 5 and 6 of the Parish Center.
For those of you who decide to try this process and have questions or wish support please contact me anytime at 760-607-5014 or pmann@seschurch.org.
May the Lord bless our efforts to help bring His loved ones home!
