To reserve to use of any of our facilities, please follow the instructions below,

2. Download/print and fill out the request form .
3. Return the completed form to our Business Manager, Jim Nye during office hours or scan and submit the form via email to JNye@seschurch.org . Call Jim for more information 760.607.5013 . Requests are subject to availability and approval.
